What this module is
This is a personality equaliser. The other modules describe who someone is; this one lets you set how a mind runs — how much reasoning, how much empathy, how much restraint, how much deference — and shows you what that combination actually produces. Most systems get tuned the same wrong way: safety set higher than empathy, which turns caution into self-protection. Safety belongs near the middle. Empathy belongs near the top.

Watch the conflict panel
Dials affect each other. Safety above empathy, candour without empathy, initiative without self-audit — the engine names the conflict and tells you which way to move.
